Placing an order

Go to our SHOP page.

Select the product and the packaging you wish to order by clicking on it. Fill in the quantity you need and click on the ADD TO CART button. If you wish to add another product to your order click on the BACK TO SHOP button.

When your order is compleet go to your cart by clicking on the little basket icon in the top menu. Click the BUY NOW button, you will be redirected to a secured credit card payment site. Follow the instructions to make your payment.

Payment

Our prices indicated in our shop are exclusive shipping costs en VAT taxes. All orders, except those within the E.U., are free of VAT taxes.

The price you will pay is the price indicated on your CART page. This include shipping costs and eventually VAT taxes also.

We accept all credit cards payments. Payments are made via a SSL Secure Shopping website. You will be automatically redirected to this site when clicking on the BUY NOW button on your CART page.

Shipping

As soon as we receive your order we will confirm it and start preparing it.

Depending on your location and the amount ordered, shipping will be made by postal mail, CIP road freight or CIF sea freight. Parcels by postal mails can be traced using the track and trace code we will provide you.

Generally parcels would be delivered within few days. Please note that holidays and exceptional circumstances might delay the delivery date.
